Wen-Mac Texaco Tanker Replacement Parts: MASTS & ON-DECK COMPONENTS Fix up or upgrade your old Wen-Mac Texaco Tanker with these new replacement parts. Made from a tough new resin, these parts capture the details of the originals. But CAUTION : Just like the originals, these are easy to break off! To maximize the life of these parts, keep them away from 8 year old boys. Masts are properly painted to closely match the original, and come with instructions for obtaining the best fit. Order the style and quantity required for your restoration (see my other listings for additional parts). Mast identification: A: Main Mast (midships) B: Foremast (mounts into the boom set) C: Kingposts (4 on each boat, sold as EACH) D: Radar Mast E: Radar Dish F: Cowl Ventilators (set of 3) G: Boom Set H: Manifold Pipes I: Aft Bulwark J: Catwalk K: Windlass Photo shows examples of these very parts installed on a restored Texaco Tanker. Additional notes: F: Cowl ventilators: The originals have a sloppy spot of red paint inside the "bowls". Reproducing the red is optional and left to the purchaser. NEW: Cowl vents now have the red paint! J: Catwalk: Just like the originals, these long skinny parts tend to warp a little. Once they are pressed home in their mountings, they straighten out. K: Windlass: This part is a snug fit in its hole and has an anti-rotation pin. You need to carefully prise it straight up, taking care to not damage the deck. Under the windlass is a hidden deck screw- don't try to remove the foredeck without removing this screw. Main photos show: 1. The array of these parts; 2. Locations of the parts on the tanker; 3.
