Both refrigerated compartments use eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to generate and maintain temperatures from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Its self-contained refrigeration system features a side-mounted, slide-out design with an extractable condenser and a corrosion-resistant evaporator coil. Staff can monitor and modify temperatures with the externally-mounted digital thermostat, and its automatic defrost mechanism minimizes ice buildup. To preserve generated temperatures in warm ambient settings, the cabinet is insulated with high-density polyurethane.
